Congratulations to the HS FFA Poultry team on their first place finish at the section contest! Lucas Holland placed first overall. Avery Engle, Izzy Haring, Nick Cobine and Ian Wachter also placed in the top 10.
The Jr. High team placed 2nd. Wyatt Ritchie was the team high scorer and Wes Haas also placed in the top 10!
PE students wrapped up the basketball unit with 3v3, Around the World, or HORSE tournaments. 🏀

ITS CONCERT TIME!!!! SOOOOO PROUD of this kid and all she’s accomplished! River Ridge band programs FIRST two peat appearance in Peoria in the All State Band in over a decade! Way to go Katie!!!
We've made it to concert day! The final rehearsal of the day is underway and the concert starts at 1! Congratulations Katie on a job well done representing River Ridge at the Illinois Music Education Conference, the premier music conference in the State of Illinois!
Rockford Jefferson was a successful speech meet on Saturday!! Allie placed 6th in Varsity Radio, Natalie placed 3rd in Next-in Varsity Impromptu, Piper and Sydnie placed 5th in Next-in Varsity HDA, and Sydnie placed 5th in Novice Poetry. Was a little tired after driving in the fog - but was worth it! Well done to entire River Ridge Speech team!!
