Students 7th Grade and up (and select 6th graders) are able to audition for ILMEA which is an honors music festival comprised of the top selected students from all the schools in ILMEA district 8 (The northwest corner of Illinois.) For choir, students must prepare a number of songs for the festivals and audition to be a part of the group. Preparations and auditions will be completed at River Ridge by October 5th and the festival is on November 19th.
