River Ridge CUSD 210 school board meeting scheduled for Monday, March 16th at 6:00pm will be moved to Tuesday, March 17, 2026, due to weather conditions.

We appreciate everyone's understanding and hope this change ensures the safety of our board members, staff, and community members.

The River Ridge Middle School play is two weeks away! James (Matthew Butcher) and the Mysterious Old Man (Bradley Velazquez) are in "James and the Giant Peace" on Thursday, March 26 and Friday, March 27 at 6 p.m.

Elementary Parents! Check out the lost and found table to see if your child has any items of clothing there. If you notice any of your hard earned dollars sitting on that table, let us know and we'll send the items home.

The 8th graders are currently learning about how to solve for Systems of Equations. The students were split up into groups to work on a few problems. Jazmine Zito took charge and lead her group through the process!

Zach from ImpactLife visited anatomy and physiology class today to teach students about blood typing and help them determine their own blood type. ImpactLife will be at River Ridge Friday for a blood drive. If interested in donating go to www.bloodcenter.org to register.

Congratulations to the FFA Poultry team on finishing 5th in the State out of over 30 teams! They did an outstanding job. Nick Cobine placed 10th overall as an individual!

We had a very successful day at IHSA Solo and Ensemble Contest at West Carroll! We brought home 45 Division 1 Ratings, 12 Division 2 Ratings, and 2 Division 3 Ratings. Our Percussion Choir earned best of day from their judge! We are currently in 2nd place in the IHSA Music Sweepstakes!

Congratulations to Ella Dittmar for winning her SAE category (Fruit Production - Placement) at the District Proficiency contest in Geneseo! She is now ranked as one of the top 5 in the State and will compete at State Awards Day in two weeks.

The River Ridge Speech Team recently finished their season. Sydnie Bertucci and Harmony Packard had a Dramatic Duet Acting piece that qualified for sectionals held on Feb. 14th. Piper Golden's Original Comedy piece narrowly missed qualifying, as well. The team felt like a family and thought it was fun to meet new people from other schools. It's a great place to be a Wildcat!
