Sarah Winter and Sam Rife both qualified for the State tourney this past weekend. Thank you to the elementary for taking the time to wish them luck. Be sure to come out tonight and congratulate all the Senior golfers at the volleyball game this evening starting at 6 pm.
The University of Illinois will be here tomorrow to visit with students during lunch.

Join us on Thursday, October 23 as we help River Ridge sophomore, Angelina Cruz. The River Ridge Wildcats will be hosting the Galena Pirates in a volleyball game starting at 6:00.
Come early and join us! The Galena Elks will be here serving brats and hot dogs, starting at 5:00. Each meal will cost $10 with all the proceeds going to Angelina and her family. We will also be having a 50-50, raffles, silent auction and a bake sale.

The 1st quarter 8th grade STEM class completed their spaghetti tower challenge! Each student got 35 minutes to construct a free standing building using only uncooked spaghetti noodles and marshmallows. Kali was the winner in this group, her stable structure was 25 1/4" tall.
