The Vet Science class has been working on a cells unit. Today they had a quiz on identifying sixteen different tissue samples such as kidney, liver, epiderm cell of an animal and tendon tissue.

First Science 🧬 Club event of the year! We traveled to STEM Fest at NIU on Saturday to test out over 200 project booths. All of the activities centered around science, engineering, architecture, and math.... We were so busy that only have pictures from one group.
Gracie Allena and Jackson Goldsmith did a great job representing the River Ridge FFA Chapter at the Job Interview Leadership Development Event! Students made a resume, cover letter, did a phone interview and a in-person interview as a part of the competition.
The Horticulture class completed their Round floral design in class today. They did a great job using mini carnations, leatherleaf and goldenrod in their designs!
