6th Grade students in Mr. Vandigo's history class and Mrs. Koester's Food class teamed up to learn how to make bread. After a unit learning about the history of agriculture and different way food was made, like how grains were milled, what a better way finish up the unit than to make bread. They used different type of flours and even fresh milled rye. It turned out delicious!
