Congratulations to Jackson in 3rd grade for winning the Bikes for Books drawing sponsored by the Mason Lodge from Savanna (Mississippi Lodge #385)!! Jackson will take home his new Huffy just in time for summer break. I'm sure he'll be biking to the library all summer to continue his reading streak! A big thank you goes out to Mason, Tom Michels for making it all possible!

On May 1st, the 5th grade class attended the University of Wisconsin Platteville's STEM Expo. We had a fabulous day which featured many hands on activities and demonstrations. The event was free, but we would like to thank the PTO for funding our all you can eat lunch buffet at Bridgeway Commons.
Last week we had some local Vietnam Vets come talk to two classes in Mr. Dittmar's room as his classes were finishing up studying about the Vietnam War. It was an honor to hear and learn from them. Thank you for your service!
Last Friday, HS art students celebrated the end of the school year with a trip to Eshelman's Pottery and Galena Center for the Arts!
High School students enjoyed food trucks and sunshine after awards today. No one went back to class hungry! The students and staff want to thank Chomps, Galena Roasters, Just Cheddar, Sour Joe's, and Udderly Delicious for joining us today. 😋🍟☕️🧀🍦🌞
