CLASSROOM DISCIPLINE PLAN

RULES:

1. Raise hand before speaking during a silent star time.

2. Hands, feet, and other objects stay to yourself.

3. Use appropriate hall, bathroom, cafeteria, and recess, behaviors.

4. Finish your work.

5. Respect others.

IF A RULE IS BROKEN ON THE SAME DAY:

1st Consequence: Verbal Warning.

2nd Consequence: 5 Minute Time-Out.

3rd Consequence: Lose 1 recess

4th Consequence: Send to principal, call parents and after school detention.

(If a Student gets to the 3rd Consequence on 3 different days, after school detentions will replace losing a recess.)

REWARDS FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR:

Treasure Chest prizes and privileges after 5 days of good behavior.
